I'm an IT professional with a background in identity and access management. For nearly seven years I was Lead System Administrator for IAM at Aegon, keeping access secure and accurate for 25,000+ users across Active Directory, Entra ID, ServiceNow and SailPoint, and automating the joiner, mover and leaver work with PowerShell. Today I work in IT field service for a global manufacturer, supporting people and systems on site. I like turning repeat problems into simple, documented fixes.
